when i first watched this episode on the dvds i bought, it was 4am and there i was in bed crying like a baby feeling so so bad for carrie. when she says that she's all alone and has no friends, tears were streaming down my face!

aww, poor carrie. when i was younger, whenever i wanted to play with somebody, they were always either busy or didn't want to. carrie's right, it is hard to have fun when you don't have anyone to be with.

:D I love Carrie!!! She's such a sweet kid. Although I wish they evolved her character more. They tried to keep her a kid, but let's face it she wasn't going to be one forever. They should've had made more episodes with her and be part of the family. Not fade into the back ground. :(

@stewartkee you usually run the risk of that happening when you hire babies to be on a show. The Greenbush twins were very young when they were cast in Little House, and you can't tell how toddlers are going to be able to act in the future.

Lindsay was the one being chased by the spider and eating the berry. She said so in an interview. Also, Sidney is the one with a gap between her two front teeth.

I know what you mean and agree with you. She's brutal, fair enough she's young but as the others pointed out, there were so many fantastic young actors around. It's cool that they kept the same actress throughout the years but honestly I wouldn't complain if they changed the 'actress'. She's sweet but I'm cringing listening to her delivering her lines. Pity!!!

Lindsay and Sidney actually weren't their real names. They are Rachel and Robin Bush. Lindsay and Sidney are their middle names.

I thought Carrie was played by twins...the twin that played the Godsister is the better of the two. (their voices are a little different)!

I think it's mean to say that they weren't talented. They were adorable. I thought they did a great job. If they weren't talented they wouldn't have stayed on the show. Duh.

This episode proved what terrible child actors Lindsay & Sidney Greenbush really were! That being the main reason why they didn't develop her character. The most talented kids on the show were, IMHO, MSA, Matthew Laborteux and Jason Bateman.
