What is the goggins Effect? The Goggins effect is not going out and Running at 5am every single day with no Reason at all. The Goggins Effect goes beyond that. It implies that you take action in whatever you have been procrastinating, that thing that you know you have to do, but you don´t do it because the voices in your head give you excuses not to do it. To avoid the discomfort, to avoid the main problem that it´s staring at you. Once you face that problem, you face it every single day, even though some days you just don´t feel like doing it. The main Purpose of the Goggins effect is becoming the best of the best at something, not being just “Good”, its being so obsessed that people will call you crazy. Because every single day you will be working towards it, facing that main problem. But its not about not sleeping and running at 5 am with absolutely no reason. Its about not caring about what anyone has to say about you, and facing the main problem that once you overcome, you will get better. And every single day you will keep facing problems and problems, regardless of how you feel. Sleeping less is a big mistake you can make, you need to sleep 8 hours to function properly, so if you want to be better, the first thing you have to make sure is that you are sleeping well, that´s one step ahead of your competition. Getting strong and lean might take more time but your future self will thank you a lot if you dedicate that time to become the best.
