I remember the episode of The Golden Girls when Blanche and Stan had an intense and great battle. Stan was annoying Dorothy and wanted to take her to his home and Blanche tried to keep her from getting bothered by him. Stan wants Blanche to get out of the way, so they ended up in a fight. Blanche was trying to hit Stan, but he kept doing flips and attacking her. Blanche was able to do a few hits on him. She then pulls out a big laser gun out of the couch and made it level its power by doing a dance move and saying the words, "Kameh ko chu na-me ka na ku dooooo!" This made the laser big. But then Stan was able to dodge her attack leading the laser into the kitchen, firing at Sophia who turned into ash in a cartoonish way, which she is still alive for her golden body. Stan then left by using his strong propellor stick and flew off, breaking the ceiling. Dorothy then thanked Blanche for trying to save her. That's what friendships are for! Sophia then watched them being such great friends to each other and found it adorable. Top 10 Anime Battles/Fight Scenes Though, at least we learned in the finale that Stan was a good guy this whole entire time. Also, the series finale was so sad as Dorothy wanted to keep everyone in the whole entire world safe as she is forced to marry someone and enter the portal with that person to prevent everyone from getting killed or risking their lives to enter that portal. It's very sad! 😢🙁😐😑

I love how the show was intended for Older generation but most fans of this show even now are younger gen. I am in my early 20s and I think this show was the best series ever. I found this treasure during the lockdown times and it gave me so much hope and happiness. Later I made my best friend , boyfriend and my brother watch it and all of them fell in love with this show. I still watch it whenever I am feeling down or having a bad day. I think todays generation need this show as a life lesson and hope. What a masterpiece. Thank You Golden Girls....

I started watching the show when It aired, baaaaaack in 1985, I was 25, I instantly fell in love with Blanche, then with the rest.. I don't know why I lost track of it (maybe it didn't continue airing in Mexico 🤷🏻‍♀️). It was until 2 years ago that I reconnected, I was 59.. I was so happy to watch them again and was amazed to see It has fans of so many generations!! You weren't born when they started!! It's an amazing show with wonderful writers, great direction and superb acting; the best team!!! .. 💜🌿

@@sleepyisshe Yes, I can asure you'll like it even more.. As I said, I loved It when I was 25, but I find it closer to me now that I'm "older than Blanche"... Or, at 25, I didn't like Sophia at all, and when I reconnected at 59 I found 'another Sophia'; of course she was the same one, but I wasn't.. And I started 'hearing' things my mother used to say (not the harsh ones, but the wise ones) some years before she died (which was 5 years ago, at 94), and that didn't make much sense to me at 25, coming from Sophia.. Keep enjoying our Girls and learning from them ☺️.. 💜🌿

THE WONDERFUL THING THAT I LOVED ABOUT THE GOLDEN GIRLS, WELL THERE ARE ALOT OF THINGS THAT I L OVED ABOUT THE GOLDEN GIRLS THE ACTRESSES, THE CHARACTERS, BEING ABLE TO TELL WHAT CLIPS THEY USED IN THE OPENING CREDITS AND WHAT LINES WERE BEING SAID THROUGHOUT THE INTRO ESPECIALLY IN THE CLIP WHEN Blanche pulls her sleeve down, and starts off saying "Isn't that enough and going on to talk about watch dogs before Cynthia fee starts singing again after the short intro slow your dvd tape down and read her lips on the break in episode outtake. or don't It makes me no difference. But getting back to my point I loved how each scene was very well thought out, how the stories built up and the situations always included a lot of cheese cake, stories about St Olaf Blanches constant tries at love or Sophia's stories about her hometown growing up. but most of all I loved how it was a show about family, about love, and about friendship. And I also love the way that it was one of the things that made me want to try to write a script of my own, it made me want to try to build a script from nothing which mine is into something that would teach a lessons that maybe people in this world would like just as much .

Just started season 2 and I can’t get enough. It’s so funny and even though there are a few cringe worthy moments in regards to LGBT it’s still ok. My favourite moment so far is when Blanche was so nice about not loving dorothy’s Friend. The way it was handled was so beautiful

Estelle was younger than Bea Arthur. Estelle also had a facelift after season 1. So the show had to make her look older to play Dorothy’s Mom. Go google pics if Estelle when she wins her Emmy and you will see how youthful she looked for her age.
