The golden years (frags)

Okay so, with this frag i wanted to make sure that it was synced up to a better amount then my last one and the reason for the half assed frag I just got burnt out and couldn't push anymore unless my mental health would just die.
Also, can you guys tell me what's wrong with the video like the syncs aren't good or the frags are shitty or something like that just tell me what I can improve Apon that would be highly apricated
