Great analysis, I don’t think anyone should be surprised to still see limitations in what Milroe can do. I don’t think the expectation was for him to ever put the team on his back, I do think they should put more RPO and less drop back passes personally.

He never plays with any consistency I really think Simpson needs to play some in every game this season to jump start the passing game let Milroe do the zone read stuff

@@jasonsweeton8368milroe would perform better if they ran a heavier RPO offense like Tennessee, but that’s a coaching issue and this is a new staff. No one should be surprised or expect Milroe to put the team on his back. He will have similar stats and play style as last year with a finer tune, but the weapons around him will make them win games

The last play there is the reason I have no hope for Milroe developing. He backs up right into the edge of the pocket what feel like constantly. Not only that but right into the tackle that has struggled all game.

The wheel route has to be thrown 2 seconds earlier. Give the guy a chance to do something. A lot of the “good” in the passing is just mediocre. The scheme is good but the execution is not

Did you see #1 get annihilated at 1:41? Defender came in totally unblocked. Even if Milroe hadn't bobbled the snap if he'd handed it off to #1 he's going no where. If #1 was there for run blocking then he would've gotten creamed and the defender could've went straight at the running back. They have the horses but this o-line is as discombobulated as a Chinese fire drill.

Deboer seems like a soft coach to me. All these interviews whether it be him or the players. He needs to show some enthusiasm some anger bc last week he got humiliated on the coaching side yet he seemed to be ok with everything in his post game interview
@pn8812Ай бұрын
You probably never played college football so you don’t understand what it means when staying level headed in pressure situations. Don’t confuse that for softness, making decisions off of emotions will affect the team negatively, it’s best to just learn, improvise, and grow. You want him to take react like Bryan Kelly and then give up 21 points to an FCS school?

@@BamaRockstar85 I’m talking about him keeping his composure during the post game interview GeNiUs.
