Yes true. But it runs both ways. An experienced govt servant is conditioned & may be biased. A newbie is relatively unbiased & more optimistic. So, views of both newbies & experienced ppl are needed to balance it out.

Bilkul prepare karna chahiye. BUT ab only 1 month is there. Still try karo iss bar but 2 yrs baad wala exam zyada chance hey nikaalne ka. AO/EO mein transfer naa ke barabar hey. Go for it. Good luck!

Phle clear ho jaye APFC uske baad apni skill se upar jayenge. Aj kal govt ka motive change ho gaya hai, ab relatively others field ke logo ko top management mai baitha rha hai like they have introduced lateral entry.. kya pata agar kam sahi dhang se kro to kal Finance ministry ya koi other organisation mai bhi baith jaoge top management mai..

Bureaucracy ka kam policy ka execution Krna, policy making legislature ka part hai.. IAS officer ka best tenure 1st 5-6 yrs hi hai jaan wo DM/SDM rheta hai.. uske baad jaab secretariat mai posting ho jata hai taab sab same. Koi nhi phechenga. Baas phle APFC clear ho jaye, waqt hai IAS bhi hoga 😅😊
