Areas like Panvel are the real money multiplier, in 14 years my property had given 600% returns when finally i had sold it , which does not happen in developed areas like dadar , bandra etc .. One need to a good research invest in the areas which has a very good potential growth or expansion and had to wait for about 10 years patiently and can reap returns which will be huge and more importantly totally risk free . !

It's impossible. The thing which happened to goregaon, boriwali, mankhurd, nahur etc can't happen to panvel, karjat cuz they don't come under bmc. And thane , navi mumbai developed cuz they were nearer to mumbai.

Pune prime area, flat bought @X Rupees in 1987; expecting, in year 2025, eventual price of redeveloped & larger flat in society @ 100X...appreciation of 10000% .
