Good Day debuted after Produce 101 blew up. I feel like C9 didn't have a nice plan for them. C9 was like: "This is the era of girl groups so we also have to debut a new group. We have 10 trainees and let's debut them." It is such a mess. It is followed by several member changes. (Girl group 101: Member change is not a good sign.)

I feel so bad and worried for everyone under C9. Especially since they • Don’t promote their artists well enough (Cix, Cignature) • Allowing the ‘Good Day’ curse to happen • Having Epex be under fire And more. Of course the members in Cignature had better fate than those in RS. Especially since • Because RS debuted on the same day as Secret Number, They had gotten overshadowed by them because of views and likes • Both groups especially Cignature had gotten nominated for many best new female artist awards • Cignature had Like 3 releases that year, then going on hiatus with them finally having a comeback but still nothing from RS since their debut And of course I’m worried for the Red Square members. I’m worried that they might wind up disbanding sooner or later. edit: they have now rebranded into Irris this year with 3 former members in the group

this is a really great video! as someone who found good day through the unit and have been following the members ever since, it was really heartwarming to see how much effort you put into this video, you definitely have a new sub! I was really excited at how cignature had started gaining traction because I thought it would be nice if at least some of the girls could achieve mainstream success but everything's just gone downhill since arisong :( here's hoping that the group originally disbanded because of non-traumatic reasons and that all the women mentioned in the video are all happy and healthy in the future!

I just want to say something from my perspective as somebody who ulted good day while waiting for their comeback and then ulted cignature with my ultimate bias from all of kpop being yeah/haeun(i call her haeun, less confusing). Good day's story got me through a fucking rough year of high school, because hearing about what happened with the unit and how their AMAZING song was a failure, I became invested in them and wanted to see them succeed. I felt more motivated to keep working even though I was struggling a lot with my personal life. I didn't even notice that cignature had the good day members until their debut song came out as I wasnt invested enough in kpop to know these things. Anyway, that combined with the song being again AMAZING, I cheered even harder for cignature. They are the reason I'm a "kpop stan" today, they are my ultimate favorite group and I will always hold them near and dear to my heart. I became invested in their social media and all their activities immediately. The whole 9 yards. Joined their fancafe. Joined their discord. I never thought I would be that type of person. I worked extremely hard, I asked all my friends and family to give them a chance, streamed their 2 songs over 1000 times, I even was about to start buying melon streaming passes, started learning Korean, staying up and talking on vlives. When yeah left, it broke my heart. She was my favorite by far. Sunn also was the first idol I'd seen with my body type, and I felt so seen. On top of that, there had been a long hiatus. A severe lack in vlives or any promotion. After many months, I decided to move on. It was a hard decision that I made after deciding I wouldnt anxiously wait to wake up, hoping there would be anything. And being disappointed that all we get is an instagram and twitter post. It was pulling teeth getting the company to even post a dance cover for one of the girls. For MONTHS. I had come to love Kpop and couldnt enjoy it anymore because of my sadness and jealousy over what cignature should have had. Then they released Dohee and Chloe. But then, lmao just an empty promise of a comeback and more waiting. Then girls planet 999 happened. I became so invested in that, on the same level if not more than with cignature. Boyfriend was too little too late. I will always treasure the time I had with the girls, but I've accepted that its over. I hope for nothing but the best for all of them. Now I'm enjoying my time with Kep1er, the first successful group I stanned from predebut. It feels like my baby lol
