Can I just say that as a 61 year old I am absolutely loving the way that you lot are dusting off the crusty middle-aged image of golf whilst retaining the spirit, sportsmanship and of course the rules of the game. Just what the game has needed for years. Love the casual mix of skill levels without ego - just respect from all players for each other. If this doesn't attract new players nothing will. Keep up the great work fellas !

Fun to see everyone compete and the new fall drop is amazing. Shout out to the amazing camera crew and a shout out to Matt Kendrick to have a vision, along with all the members of Good Good; to create such an amazing concept that is truly changing golf forever. You guys and your company are a true inspiration to Golf and I wish you all the best moving forward. I love the new editions of Mo and Blake, that is 2 more great guys and personalities you have added. If you're ever looking to start a division for older and out of shape guys, hit me up and I am on board to help bring in those fellas....LOL Again you guys are amazing and you have truly brought me back to Golf, which has changed my life and even possibly saved it. Micah can go out on with some friends and play some decent golf from time to time but that's about it. Micah never turned Pro, he's just trying to and it's not going well. Wow he shot 67 once along with high 70s and 81 and 86. Kwon actually won on the China Tour

...also, the new GHIN Handicap system is a joke. -Not - Good Good's fault. It's the new USGA 'administration'. Seems to turn people -away - from golf. Overly-complex. My buddy and I...for years...simply record your last 10 rounds...and your average score from par (72 is the majority median) of those last 10 rounds. Me: scores lowest (78) highest (91)...83 average...HCP: 11. Easy. Averages of scores -used - to be done...by averages.

Except handicap isn’t figured off one round. So maybe that particular day you are, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be a scratch handicap. There’s a reason they take 10 rounds, using your score, course and slope ratings. I haven’t finished the entire video, I’m on the 14th hole, but I’ve seen comments saying garrets handicap is wrong because of his score on this day. Those people are just idiots and obviously don’t know how handicaps are formulated. 99% of golfers wouldn’t sniff 100 here, let alone with this wind. Obviously this isn’t directed at you, but since you posted the ratings, I felt it was the right place. Although those same people probably don’t even know how ridiculous a 152 slope is

@alexlindsey6446 You must not be from up north. Playing on Lake Michigan adds like 10MPH or more, why do you think they call Chicago the Windy City. I grew up north, and I’ve camped Lake Michigan a ton of times. The wind around the lake is terrible, and you can hear it howling in the video and see the ball move 20 or 30 yards sometimes, and even move the balls on the greens 5-10 feet extra, but thanks for looking at nearby towns, I guess. To be fair, I don’t know if it was 30, it was an estimate, and the pin placements were nasty, the number of putts that had 5 or more feet of break and were basically impossible should’ve told you everything you need to know, but either way, at least know what you’re talking about.
@marudebaka6041
@marudebaka6041 2 ай бұрын
@@FeldubbI hate to be the one to break it to you, but many historians think the nickname 'the windy city' actually came from the fact that Chicagoans were always blabbing about how their city was better than New York City. So the New Yorkers started calling it the windy city because it's inhabitants were always blowing hot air. You can look it up. Chicago is nowhere near the windiest city in the United States, by the way.
