Part of the noisy pub series recorded line at Bierwerks Brewery in Woodland Park, CO. I'm playing my NK Forster bouzouki. The song is about a waiter in Cork, IE around 1900 who decided to be a cook and steward on a merchant ship. He and his true love promised to marry when he returned, but when he did she had run off and married someone else.
