I had to go in for an MRI today. Had intense anxiety and my doctor gave me some meds for that, but it didn’t stop all the anxiety. When I arrived to do the MRI I learned that the machine had a video screen and could show KZbin videos. I had them play this one. When I went in the tube that anxiety spiked hardcore, but then the video started and I was able to focus on it and maintain calm. Thank you for making your videos and facilitating all sorts of positive experiences for your viewers.

I need to say something about these videos. I suffer from several disorders, based on the lasting effects of trauma. For years, I've had terrible problems with sleeping and the fatigue has added to my difficulties, making life harder. But since I discovered AMSR and Gentle Whispering in particular, I've found a way to calm my mind, and fall asleep peacefully. The soothing sound of your voice has helped relieve a great deal of personal pain and suffering. I can sleep. That's a dream come true and I want to thank you for all that you do. I go back to this video over and over again because a) the reiki is so on point and tingly and b) such an accurate and well researched portrayal of Wicca (my religion) is a HUGE trigger for me. There are a few other asmr videos that are based around Wicca, and are obviously unresearched and rather offensive and sterotypical, but this is so well done, it just adds to my experience. Nothing in Paganism is about taking people's money. However, few things are free and that is just as true for buying plant materials and books and other such items. It's not even free if you are growing the herbs yourself unless you live on tax free land and water with a natural water source and have harvested seeds or plants from the wild. Loved the last part when she told the story about the prince in the forest. I was totally into listening to her. That was great. Almost magical! This lady has a real talent at doing these types of videos. Keep it up. By the way, one of the best features about this lady besides her soft soothing whispers is her 'hands'. The way she moves them. Long fingers yet very graceful and soft. Doesn't matter what she's doing, brushing hair, unfolding paper full of herbs, flipping the pages of a book, smoothing out a jacket or folding towels. Also like looking at her lips when she talks. She should do a closeup video sometime of just her cute nose & mouth area whispering. But I really enjoyed this video. Thanks Maria!

Still love it after all this time. My laptop has a virus so it can't be turned on and last night I just used the iPod Touch speaker and listened while getting ready for bed and had CRAZY TINGLES!!
