This is my favorite concert film. The Keynotes are in top form as band. The background singers shine too. But the incomparable Willie Neal Johnson steals the show. Willie Neal Johnson and his group are at the top of my list of favorite gospel groups ever! Willie Neal had such a wonderful down to earth, sincere personality, excellent showmanship, great voice, energy and leadership. He is truly missed. I sing quartet gospel with Helen Smith and the Angels of Faith of Washington DC, but I never got to see Willie Neal, I really missed a great gospel singer, thank God for youtube - this a wonderful tool for keeping our legends of gospel voices alive for the next generations. I 💖 many of the great Quartet Gospel Groups there are really no words to really say it clearly but that they were God sent, an thoroughly enjoyed even today, but Willie Neal Johnson & The Gospel Keynotes has to be my favorite since I was a little girl cause they didn't seem to mind loving, and worshipping the LORD and I have always enjoyed that about this group, and Mr. Willie Neal Johnson I truly love and enjoy when ever he sings, not another like him, his kind is truly hard to come close to in gospel music today, a gift that is truly missed in 2022. But thank God for videos that you can go back and enjoy these legends still today. Sing on brother Willie Neal Johnson, sang on, in heaven now forever hope to join you there one day.
