Beautiful! What an amazing God, who loved us while we were still sinners and sent His Son Jesus to take our sin on Himself and die for me (and any who believe), bearing the wrath I deserved from the Just God! Praise God, Jesus rose from the dead, showing God's wrath for me was satisfied, and by grace through faith in Jesus' work, I am saved! Thank you Lord.

I'd heard of the book before. Somehow thought this Milton Vincent guy was a DWM (dead white male; frankly, I'm not sure why that made a difference in my thinking). Anyway, found the book at a "Little Free Library" this morning at our local Public Market. Very excited to read through it and - now - memorize the prose and poetry sections of the book. Very excited, indeed!
