“jubes” are used a lot in filipino desserts. we call them “nata de coco” but jubes is definitely a lot better 😂😂. my favorite way to eat them is with filipino fruit salad which is made with coconut milk, condensed milk, maraschino cherries, peaches, pears, pineapples, nectarines, and JuBes. 😂. after its all mixed together we freeze it and it’s SO GOOD. also, it’s better if you have them chilled. warm juice and jubes is not the move.

Doubt that they would see this now, but to anyone who doesn't know, jubes are a brand of Nata De Coco which is a chewy coconut jelly. Here in the Philippines, we use them in deserts, more commonly in a dessert called Buko Pandan. Some boba/milk tea places also use them in their drinks as a substitute for actual boba
