When I first saw this home I thought another disappointing home. I was wrong. I’m a big fan of simulated plank flooring. Having it throughout the home is a big plus. The kitchen/living room are a decent size and can easily handle a kitchen table. I’d however want a dishwasher which I’m sure is an available upgrade. The bedroom are a good size too. The master suite is well appointed with the bath being quite nice. So this home is very versatile. Whether for a starter, a cottage, or a great senior’s home. A great value for anyone. Well done.

Wow thanks for viewing this 4bdrm home. I was looking at the same one on the internet in South Carolina at a mobile home dealership but wasn’t able to see a lot of pictures of it. It’s longer than what I actually thought it would be. The price in South Carolina is $46,000.00!

I love the price, the 4 bedrooms is a must! So yea, I’m actually considering this home The Grand from Tru, for my family. Hopefully we get it because I’m tired of living in an apt, throwing our money away. I would add a bar but first making it taller up then adding the bar so we could add stools. Also, perhaps adding a pantry in the laundry room. Painting to personalize it to my style, and I would separate the master closet with a door while adding more shelf and space.

Wow, this home is gorgeous. I have one supposed to be coming to me sometime next week and I'd love any ideas on how to spruce it up and make it look more like a home as only the fridge, stove, and dishwasher is coming with home. Nothing else, so as you can see I can use all the ideas I can get and I can put them to good use. My room, the other end is my son and daughter in law, then my grandbaby, and lastly a guest bedroom. I can't wait for it to get here and tour it in person.

We have the 3 bedroom version, I recommend adding a pantry between the kitchen area against the blank wall, and cabinets in the laundry room and bathrooms. Drastically helps with storage! If you want it to feel more homey I recommend upgrading to flat top stove, quieter dishwasher considering how close the living room is and a double door fridge to make it seem more like a house than a single wide!

@Justin Kearney thank you, I will give it alot of thought. Also, I'm loving the idea of making a pantry in the washroom. I also have a deep freezer and a double sided refrigerator to fit in there somewhere and the best thing about it is that everything is the same color so it will all match perfectly.
