Wow you talk so much I had to replay on mute. I really like the home. I’m not being mean but I became distracted waiting to see the next thing. You said you were going to give your opinion. You had some good ideas. Less talking would give me an opportunity to use my imagination or see myself in the home. May you evolve as you continue your journey. I would redesign the front porch . I will shortly and extend it out. Started at the triple windows on the front where the dining room is and I will stop on the other side of the window at the half bath. Triple width add ceiling fan. I definitely would trim on the base in stone as you recommended.

five yrs later how is your home

we bought this home for 109,000 last year. The master bathroom and laundry area are configured a bit differently then shown but I love my home! Our master bathroom has a soak tub. We made a wraparound deck and covered area off of the sliding doors. We already owned our land so we have flexibility to build around and customize things to our liking. Thank you for the tour of this one

They need to move the stairs away from the front door. It needs to be next to the kitchen. The home feels to closed in.

There’s basically three pantries in that kitchen. I love that as well as the three windows over the sink. Amazing storage in the master bathroom. I’m very confused about the walls throughout, it looks like drywall but I see random raised seems here and there. What’s up with the walls?
