You can't miss Kurad, he's near the Terrain Databox at Summerset Isle, where you meet Lan. Teleport to Inner Summerset Isle, walk straight to the Terrain Databox, you'll see him on the left in a small island. Another way to find him is, look at map Part 5, Scenic 3, He is on the right. Hope you can find him. Let me know, if you still can't find him. I'll do a video for you. My apologies! Cheers!
