It wasn’t used in the film it was removed from RMS Olympic in 1935 and placed at the hotel ever since.

Wouldn’t it be cool if some one bought all of the wood work form the RMS Olympic and Britannic and re installed it all in into a very accurate replica of the titanic

You asked about Britannic's? Well, the panels were removed from Britannic, and the layout of where the lounge on Britannic would've been was 5 plain white rooms, a big room in the middle, 4 rooms on the sides where the windows are. As for the Britannic's Grand Staircase, the railings weren't removed and neither was the dome. Most of Britannic's elegant interiors were finished but never installed, and when Britannic hit a mine and sank all panels were auctioned off. The panels made their way in to many buildings around Ireland, mostly private homes. As for Titanic's the most you're going to see of it is almost unidentifiable if you manage to get an ROV in that crushed room on the wreck, but there is one surviving piece of woodwork that fell out the ship when it broke in half. @@adrianhilton45 They were once in a video, in fact that Britannic houses link is a video of the Britannic panels by Titanic Honor and Glory (who are making a pretty accurate game about Titanic, can't wait for it.) The one just outside of Dublin auctioned off the panels this May.
