I remembered he got pretty famous in his era but was tickled to hear that President Lincoln sent wedding gifts when he got married. He made the most of the cards that fate dealt him! The Doctor who invited the incubator for preemie babys. For funding, displaying the babys in a PT sideshow. Ironically the babys in the sideshow did better than the ones in a hospital. Some say it was the canvas tent. The babys got some sun but not too much.

some of my family are buried there too. I think PT is also, he was from Bridgeport. I was born in Bridgeport, used to be a nice city back in the 50's. Now it's the pitts, I always wanted to go to that cemetery but too afraid. When Paul Newman was filming some scenes for "The Sting" in Bridgeport, he called the city the "armpit of New England". Haha, I thought it was hilarious as it was so true, those living in Bridgeport weren't too happy! 😛

I live in CT, it would have been awesome to run into you! Tom Thumb used to go to a neighborhood bar in West Haven, it's still there. You should try to check out the Grove Street Cemetery in New Haven if you're still here. Lots of notable people buried there.
