You know guys, i just think of something. In Sherlock Holmes novel story, the King of Bohemia asked a secret favor to Holmes in regards of a woman (Irine Adler). Since the novel is ultimately a fiction, it was fine for us readers. But in this world, it was a fact. Doesn't that mean Iris just unveiled a royal secret for the public to enjoy? Wouldn't that be...umm, problematic? XD

As fun as this would be, we've seen that iris shows Holmes her manuscripts before publishing them, so most likely either a) that story only happened in this world after mikitoba went back to Japan, and thus was not recorded for iris to write down, or b) Holmes told her that revealing those secrets would be a bad idea and the story wasn't published
