I have no idea why I would want a piece of wood bent to a round shape but I love this jig and want to make one just to try it out. Thx for the vid.

I dont know. like I stated in the previous post to make one cost about $2000. after that they get around 65 to 100 each. So im not sure how to do that. The company I work for orders 1000s a year.

👍👍 Very cool. Well done 👏👏 Do different woods react differently to the process or are they pretty compliant to what the machine says they're going to do. Also what is the capability in regards to the thickness of the wood ? If you're in the US & still doing this I would love to have about a 14" x 1¾" x maybe ⅜" one of those in maple 😀

@@cosmic912 ouch. Good tooling is never cheap though. What size do have available in a maple & do you sell the the general public in America ?? Thanks. ☺️

@@thomasd9237 You have to call Eric Sullivan at the Sullivan banjo Company in Alabama . He sells my rims and can tell you what is in stock. I do know that we are tring to tool up a 12 inch rim for company. IF it goes thru then Eric will have 12 inch rim
