Normally I'd say "Good" but the honest answer is I had a motorbike crash in July, broke my kneecap in half, broke my pelvis front and back, lacerated both my knees down to the joint, was in hospital for two and a half months, in a wheelchair for 8 weeks, am now full of metal screws and a metal plate to hold my pelvis together, and have to use a walking stick to get around.
