Spoiler if you haven't finished watching yet... . I can't believe that Erica didn't win star baker in this episode. The winner's show stopper barely addressed the cartoon look especially the inverted ice cream cone just set on top. I was shocked by the judges' choice. Erica (who did the faux jelly salad) absolutely knocked it out of the park.

The recipe briefs are sometimes a bit strained. Whoever decoates a focaccia? A focaccia with a giraffe in honor of a mother - why? Nonetheless, I still watch for the positive vibes around baking.

It's currently popular to decorate Focaccia. Usually it's meant to look like bouquets of flowers, but they were being creative here.
