Sorry for this bad experience. I checked again and can’t find any issue. Sometimes KZbin changes to lower resolution. If that’s the case then go to Settings and choose Advance-Higher quality. I’m not sure why this is happening, I also need to change resolution sometimes (on TV and on phone). I hope this helps. Cheers. Tina
