Arbind Gogoi ...hlw.....read books( start with small ones which has easy language and then increase the quality of the book in terms of English) in English.....watch people speaking in English (use captions if needed) .....try speaking urself

i think this is a little bit tricky situation...they were right about some female's physical strength of weightlifting and completing compact training, they even play pubg better than males....but the point is , fighting out there in real world is not the same... and please don't forget about the evolutionary advantages of males ... we men are naturally stronger and more aggressive than women, thanks to testosterone ... while women are not evolved to fight plus women in combat will boost enemy's confidence ... we having this debate just because some minority women think they can create a feminist smokescreen and waste everyone's time... and it worked!

Women carry a baby inside of them, their body undergoes all the extreme changes during pregnancy and adapts with it perfectly and mostly they bear the labor pain. Women in India leave their homes, their parents after marriage and they adapt to the norms of a new family. In today's world women are showing their talent and skills in every field where they are given a chance to...so even in military they can. Women know how to prioritize the need, they can analyze the situation and if needed they have the will and strength to sacrifice for and fight for the right cause. I think women can definitely protect our nation
