You understand that he murdered and tortured innocent people many times . The Apache were a warrior culture , they were raiders every since the Comanche ran them out of Texas. They were a people who sat around campfires and tortured their foes for social amusement , much like settlers held square dances. Much evil was done to them , much evil they did in return. They were no more free of blame than the other tribes they warred with or the Mexicans and Anglo's . The Apache conquered and enslaved many, in the end they were over matched by the Comanche and later the Mexican and US governments.

@@martinjenkins8270 genocide ? You really think the Apache were innocent victims ? They were a warrior race and took what they could from whoever they could , and they continued to do that until they finally met foes that could defeat them.

Thank you for this unknown history to me. I have been interested in Native American history, culture, languages, etc. for over fifty years. It is an abomination what has taken place in this country since 1492 and until now against these real First Nations people🎉!!!
