This is a good show and it has several genuinely funny moments it’s definitely worth a listen but to me at least comedy doesn’t age as well as mystery and horror with notable exceptions. Burns and Allen yes The life of Riley w/wo Jackie Gleason no, Marx Brothers yes Ritz Brothers no. Just my opinion.

I agree with you for the most part. Comedy doesn't age too well but I think this show is still funny. The Bickersons is still funny as well. I can't say the same for Martin and Lewis. I never really thought Jerry Lewis was funny on that show.

Jack Benny is timeless. I could listen to his shows all day, and a lot of the routines are still very funny.
