THE GREAT MOUSE DETECTIVE vs. THE SWORD IN THE STONE! Disney Lorcana CASUAL THEME DECK gameplay!

LOVE your theme deck videos! Keep it up! My boyfriend and I are still getting into the game. We got Gateway and played that over and over again. And we're getting our first Starter Decks this week! THESE are the types of games we want to play some day! One day we'll get enough cards to do Frozen vs. Lilo & Stitch! It's just super fun to see people go into the theme of things. We really like Villainous because it focuses on individual movies! And I don't usually watch Lorcana gameplay videos because the concept of the "meta" annoys me, when there are so many beautiful and interesting cards out there that most Lorcana players haven't even taken a second look at... Your theme deck gameplays make me very happy because they show off a different side of the game that's more in line with what draws me to it! Oh and in terms of themes: It would be cool to see a "Neverland" vs. "Wonderland" Showdown some day! (Not sure if there are enough Wonderland cards yet to make that work, though.) Another cool one would be "High Fantasy/Fairytale" vs. "Sci-Fi", especially with the emphasis on robots and aliens in the new set.

It’s kinda funny how most of the best theme decks come from movies that are in what is considered the bronze age of Disney, Great Mouse Detective, Sword in the Stone, and Robin Hood are all very formidable. I’d highly recommend the Robin Hood Deck it can get away with some fun stuff.

100%! The best ones so far, has been the “classic” ones. For Robin Hood, we did a theme deck already back two sets ago. So it’s about time to make a new one. Adding it to our list, but likely something we will do with Azurite Sea (so we can hope to get even more ^^). Thanks!

The great mouse detective is my favorite disney film and ive got an entire section of the home dedicated to that films memorabilia. To this day im hoping to make a competitive Basil deck. Hell trying to also be an artist for the game itself haha. Good show guys

No way, really!? That’s awesome! What’s the coolest piece of memorabilia you have from the movie? I think there’s definitely potential for a strong deck with Ratigan Party Crasher. A club mate had a neat idea. Dont know how feasible it is, but what about 7 dwarves (amber steel) vs. A Band of Merry Men (emerald sapphire, robin hood and pirate focused)

Honestly j wish the decks i made were this thematic, but they are pretty fun. I love that this game is easy to deck build for, be it for theme or for fun.

We definitely try to go all in on the theme, which is great when they're quite balanced like these two decks. But if we were building to play at league, we'd definitely mix in some other cards to help improve them.
