Personally, his Wolverine and the X Men iteration is my favorite as it is the most comic accurate. Unlike evolution and the movies, it nailed his personality. Quicksilver is NOT a jokester, he has a severe attitude and is often cold hearted, which he got from his father Magneto. And he was first introduced as a villain, not a hero.

He actually has a good heart under all his snark and attitude; in the comics, he was originally in the Brotherhood only because Wanda was in there, which was only because she was indebted to Magneto for saving her. When they saw the chance to jump ship, they did, and then joined the Avengers. He and Wanda enjoyed doing hero work-although he would never admit it. 😂

You know... I haven't watched X-Men Evolution but what I have concluded watching this video is that in Evolution he wasn't trully a bad guy and his ultimate goal it wasn't to hurt normal humans... but to make friends! But unfortunately his mutatiom, the fact that he joined Magneto and along with the fact that he was socially clumsy and awkward it made his sucess of his goal nearly impossible. But... somehow Spikes understood that and he fully shows it at 5:20 even though Quicksilver was nothing more to him than a constant annoyance. That was a really nice scene! But to add sault to the injury it seems that Quicksilver didn't quite got the intention of his attitude and he reacted with an awkward way, although it was a normal reaction for people, if they had the exact same mutation, that they either are socially clumsy or they have low social skills.

Weird that many adaptations (Evolution and Wolverine and the X-men) portray Pietro as villain and member of the Brotherhoodo. Sure, in the comics he did start as member of Magneto's group and is impulsive but not evil. He had a good heart and was very protective of his sister. Once the first Brotherhood broke up, he and Wanda join groups like the Avengers and Pietro spend most of his stories as a hero.

Eric Taylor Both characters have the same power in theory, but those said powers are vastly different. Quicksilver himself has different powers from other Quicksilver timelines/retcons, etc. Pietro, at his core, is built for speed in every sense. Durable skeletal structure to withstand the shock of breaking the laws of physics, a complete overhaul of the normal human cardio/musculature system to prevent things like the build up of acids that cause fatigue, highly efficient mucous development to prevent his eyes from damage at high speeds, a more evolved respiratory system to adapt to high speeds and still be able to breathe, and other things. All Flashes with the exception of Jay Garrick, are powered by the ethereal energy of the 'Speed Force', which negates all adverse effects of travelling at sub-light/beyond speeds. Toe to toe, Pietro is physically more capable, and arguably more durable than the Flashes, however when harnessing the Speed Force, the Flashes' powers border on Deus Ex Machina. Some stories have the Flashes manipulating timelines, time travel, all sorts of endgame abilities. In one story, Barry Allen ended up becoming the bolt of lightning that gave him his powers in the past. Also, the fastest any Flash has ever traveled was Barry, I think, and he stopped a Chinese nuke from going off. The speed it would take to do that was calculated at about a septillionth of a second. And The Flash has stated he can perceive events that last faster than an attosecond (12 attoseconds is the shortest measurable period of time; the Flash can see faster than time can be measured). In short, the Speed Force is brutal.
