@@zuulmeister8409 I always felt (from the depictions of the Punisher I've seen) that Frank is more of a Lawful Neutral or Chaotic Good character: lawful neutral when he's depicted as a zealot of order that will shoot criminals no matter how petty, chaotic good when he is shown as less psychotic and more of an anti-hero. Of course, comics being the ever-rebooting media they are, we'd have to take each version of the Punisher separately, so probably we could find a Punisher for each single alignment.

I know he's unseen and unheard of outside of cartoons, but you can exhaust Foils like him very easily. Joker is a foil of Batman and while he never got a show, he's everywhere and has his own movie and ice cream. Then Batman who Laughs happened and his gimmick has worn its welcome. Harley Quinn got a show though, but it sucked ass at around Season 2 (Romance drama, not the self-improvement saga we got so used to seeing from her, she held her own as a villainess). Point is? You have to play very carefully to make a guy like him get his own show. Do it wrong and you get Planet Sheen, which absolutely destroyed his likeability.
