Love your idea and with re-working I think it's absolutely the way forward for them. I think Universal Studios is in a bit of an identity crisis right now that all the studio parks are in. I think the idea of doing SOME KIND of major Universal movie ride is absolutely necessary to breathe thematic life into the park. Keeping some kind of Hollywood/set entrance anchored by a fantastic movie ride would go a long way to allowing the other lands to feel like "movies come to life" spanning off that anchoring ride.

@@kyleleaman I mean, I think the concept is great, but those rides were so expensive to maintain, they were so finicky to keep running, unless there have been some major technological advances that would allow for more economical and seamless operations, I don't know that it could work.
