Great video ! Thanks for fighting the Huns (and your cat) to give us a clearer view of the game. The jokes and the lovely (Scottish?) accent make for a very pleasant watch Still thinking about whether I should get this game or not. I’m afraid it might outstay its welcome. The card synergies seem truly amazing but I’m afraid they may lead to some AP. Do you think the solo coop version would be worth the investment ? With the black powder expansion maybe ? And to answer your final question, your green screens are very pleasant to watch but I always like to look at a content creator’s collection in the background to see whether we have the same taste. It’s a bit like looking at someone’s bookshelf or DVD collection to get an idea of what their personality is.

Honestly, this is one of those rare few games where the solo/co-op just didn't feel like a tacked on afterthought. Keeping the wall from being destroyed just feels like a natural alternative way to play the game. Now I am not a huge solo gamer, pretty much it has to be fantasy based for me to be super interested (Mage Knight, Apocrypha, Runebound, as some examples) but I would say this one is worth the solo/co-op gameplay if you are not interested in the competitive game. With the black powder expansion it could be a good way to enjoy the game. Yet having said that, I am not fully happy with the co-op at higher player counts, I think I need more plays to really iron out an opinion. That's going to have to wait since I have Auztralia, Core Worlds Empires, Windward, and Xia coming out in July/August. Does advanced activation work on a location that is already filled up? Or can you only use it on a spot that is not filled?
