I fell in love with The Great Wanderere again!!! The MV is so good and fits the song perfectly! Since the first time listening to the song it gave me such strong futuristic Sci-Fi and spacey vibes, always imagined wandering through space in a spaceship in the future all alone, no contact to other life for a long time. Impossible distances, almost another universe away, like between Fans and Vtubers at times, but also fitting for those lone wanderes, be it on a road, the forest or outer space. The image of Kiara in a furturistic get up on the window sill of one of the space ship's windows, being very melancholic in the exact pose Mamaloni drew Wawa here. And Raina gave those Sc-Fi vibes some more UMPH with the MV and the effects Mamloni and Raina did an amazing job just like Kiara and her Angels did! Bravo! I'll loop it again and again!!

Edit : You know the feeling of listening to something that feels so heavenly, but at the same time, so uplifting? That was what I felt when I first heard The Great Wanderer. It's a song that talks about our eternal phoenix as she's lived countless lives, and as she continues to tread the lonely path of immortality, her only hope and motivation is to continually reach into our hearts, just as we do the same to pull her out of the void. I've listened to this song so many times...and now, having this amazing music video really adds to the majesty and mystery. I LOVE IT. Not just this song, or this MV but that whole album helped me expressing myself better. I have a habit of singing along whilst gaming in non serious scenarios (playing racing sims or casual playlists). My mates gave me really much feedback. They told me that they could her differing levels of expression for different songs. When I sang *Pineapple* in an already good mood it boosted my mood further and it became hearable, because my mates often already asked me "did something nice happen, you seem so much better rn". With Retrospective I could finally express all the pain and anguish stalled in my body, as my mates often thought I had a sudden bad happening, but I was just putting my whole heart's content putting into singing it. And yes, that meabs putting in my past emotional draumas. They said they could never have thought that I would get that expressionful, as I am usually pretty bland. The Great Wanderer, for me at least, especially associates with my dissociation disorder, which is caused by too high stress levels. When they happen, usually I wake up in the middle of the night, finding myself in a panic attack, (heavy breathing, high pulse, etc) bzt viewing it dissociative from basically a third person view. The "Walking by by familiar roads" is the part of my life of ever increasing stress levels, and the "fade away to the grey" makes the counter part of stress relief after I recovered from a panic attack, because I literally feel no stress at all for 2 weeks after that. I really have to say, that the MV really enhanced the feeling of the song, even tho it wasn't that much, I had goosebumps all the way through.

This has officially become my personal favorite Hololive song. And that's saying something because you all are so great and talented within this agency. Even though it most likely has nothing to do with its actual meaning, I find myself deeply connecting with the vibes the song gives off to a personal level. Also, as a non-native speaker, I have to say that "Wanderer" is one of my favorite words of the English language for whatever reason. I just love the deep poetic and melancholic implications the word is often given in art. The imagery that I see while listening: A lonely phoenix drifting through space and time, fond of the past memories that she couldn't let go, she attempts to relive them once again. Travelling faster than the speed of light she travels backwards in time. Countless memories flashes by, though at the same time they appear to be so slow, it almost feels like a different reality. Uncertain if she can ever reach her destination, she convinces herself that she is on the right path, and that she will get there eventually. A great video for probably my favorite song on the album! For not being big into sci-fi, Kiara really slides into the aesthetic perfectly. I wonder what she'd think of Cyberpunk 2077... The main character's story of trying to become a legend and scrambling to survive may resonate with her a bit, plus the recent update improved the rpg/character-building elements. I never would have expected her to like some of the other stuff she's enjoyed (GTA, Hotline Miami) so I wonder if it is another of those hidden gem games for her. Maybe Moona can sell her on it

Oh me, oh my Ms Kiwawa that was fantastic!! You struck a chord with me on this one, a bit more moody or melancholic (yes please) but more importantly I believe THIS sound is you. To me, your other songs have been experimental, hopping genres and trying new things. Which is brilliant! But I tend to feel your voice never fully 'clicked" for me. "Forced" may be a tad strong a word but this song feels natural, drawing on a more elegant, sexier mid-range and resting voice. I AM waffling, to be sure. But my passion just matches your own!
