Todoroki is very overrated Yes he looks great, has a great quirk(s) And has a tragic backstory and stuff But personality wise Hes the worst character in the show Even mineta is way higher because atleast he has a personality Todoroki had his moment in season 2 then horokoshi pretty much threw him aside as a boring side character and focused on dabi and endeavour Even in the manga they only focus pretty much on dabi and endeavour. Shotos a boring character lol And the only reason you would disagree with me is because u stopped watching. Season 1-3 u probably thought shoto was a great character but then u realise hes a boring ass character after season 2 I mean cmon ive rewatched the whole anime god knows how many times And i easily noticed how much todoroki fell off after season 2
