Its still crazy to wrap my head around this battle. There were no strategies or plans. It was raw power v raw power. And by looking at it deeper, we know how quickly most beys' special moves can oneshot, but L-Drago and Leone tanking that type of power back-to-back is insane. You wouldnt believe just how much Benkei energy I was putting when I first watched it.

As someone who watched OG, Metal and Burst Animes, I can say for sure this is the best ever battle. Not only the characters, but they beys, the semi finals and the situation at hand. It was Kyoya proving himself and Ryuga continuing his menace. After what he did to Hikaru and Tsubasa, this needed to be epic and omg it went beyond that. Metal saga was just something else. A level beyblade can probably never reach again

This fight was so great to watch as a kid it burned itself into my memory even as most of the other fights faded away from my memory. In the Japanese version instead of saying they need Kyoya's blader spirit to heal their wounds L-Drago said they needed his blader blood that sounds way more metal to me

Recently finished Metal Fusion. It's still arguably the greatest fight in the season, but I gott a finish MM and Fury to be sure of how I feel. Kyoya arguably stole the show in Season 1. He was someone who had a personal connection to his beyblade as a precious childhood object, and while he didn't fully warm up to everyone he wasn't entirely against them either (kinda fitting given his feline theming). Yet when things got dire, Kyoya stepped up to the plate to show everyone what he was all about, and he got damn far too. Had Lightning L-Drago not possessed Ryuga, I think Kyoya would've won. Yet arguably his loss makes the fight all the more memorable. You knew he had no chance of winning, but you came to see how far he'd get, and he got FAR.

To me Ryuga "impaling" Kyoya and stealing his power and same could be said about Tsubasa, Hikaru, and the other dark organization bladers it was basically the equivalent of soul stealing Think about it once they get their power stolen they're basically in a state of unconsciousness and only then after ryuga is defeated they all wake up

We all Love kyoya, because practically it is based on a pure struggle to win, strength which surpassed pain, feelings which justify dedication and focus of kyoya. He is a true bladder who deserves to be a number one bladder.

This show is good but there is a problem with rayuga's power lol. His dark was actually frightening in the first season. But in the second nobody or even the writers paid attention to it😂. Same thing in the third season 😂 . So in my opinion kiyoya should have won or it has to be a draw. Third season showed ryuga as a better blader and a better anti hero. For me its kiyoya 😂.

That's because Ryuga conquered the power and unleashed L-Dragos actual power. But they didn't stop with the dark power. Tsubasa got some schizophrenia and was unleashing the same dark power Ryuga was using
