A few months ago I started playing 1.6 on my antique PC which I didn't know still works. Now this video brought me back to 2004... This game and community and era of gaming was so beautiful and different!!!

god i miss the gun sounds from 1.6. CS:GO destroyed that. especially the AK, god damn that was scary to hear in 1.6 and now it sounds like you are shooting in a tin can

While I agree that CS 1.6 AK sound was amazing, CS:GO technically wasn't bad either, at least from the competitive perspective. It's not as beefy, but it definitely works. Or you could see it as the agents wearing actual earmufflers. I'm glad they mostly kept the AWP and Deagle as beefy as before, and the silenced weapons sound amazing in GO/2. They just need to change that M4A4 sound, man that one is still not as good.

These guy were good but top 2 cs players in the world with no doubt Bonzo and Jesus. A shame they didn't play more serious. Remember when they beat Heaton and his team. Good old times, miss it.

@@leifiplomeros9937 many tallents never really got the chance back then.... There was no money at all. We were just some weed smoking wierd kids,screaming all night. Ive had the chance to have the best pc club nearby ke,and we used to gather 30+ people at lan each night... And that went for years,but no one ever even thought back in 2005 that one day guys skilled as wlmost of us were,will make millions

Bro i need help. I can't connect to my cs server from my public ip and unable to play online. I can connect to my local server but when i try to connect to my public ip address it failed. I done the all possible solutions like - 1) forward port 27015 from the wifi router 2) Add the cs port 27015 in the firewall to enable connection. But i failed. Is it still possible to play online cs 1.6 or cs cz in my laptop.

That is called fastzoom in 1.6. You press right and left click very quickly and the scope will not be seen. The bullet goes straight, it doesn't get lost in the air. I tried fastzoom in cs:go and cs2 and it doesn't work. The bullet doesn't go straight. Playing 1.6 for so long, it's like having an imaginary crosshair when you play with the awp, you know perfectly how to aim with the awp and do the fastzoom, without having to use the scope.

I was one of the pioneer of no scope shots / rush and knifed all from behind... I have fun like a ghost from behind that's why there are that move because of people that have fun killing 10/11/12 almost 15 on pubs of 32slots in 2000/2001/2002 And I lost the times of being banned because I was good and time ahead of almost players that learn with me. Good old days here Lans not online... In Lans you can see for yourself that are no cheater an play freely.

@@Mon.k.e.y I too was banned from many servers over the years. I played 5v5 mix for a long time on teamspeak servers, on different platforms similar to today's faceit. I still play 1.6 but very little. And although I don't play every day like I used to, when I join the server no one can stop me. I will never lose my skill in 1.6. 😄

3:16 how the people can put that spray? I remember fifteen years ago when I was playing in an internet cafe and a random guy put that spray, for me that thing was awesome. We are in 2024 and I can’t know how the people do that

You can use a tool to convert any image into a WAD file, then you save that as tempdecal.wad in your cstrike folder and it becomes your spray.

@@cosasquenoimportan Old Counter Strike, was by far the best one. I played vs the german pro player neo, and on aimmap vs good old f0rest. Now i am 39 years old, and still miss the old times.
