Guga, you need to try the crispy oven fries recipe. You boil the fries for 4-8 minutes first (depending on how brave you want to be), then oil and season them, then bake them. I bet they'd still be amazing baked on the grill. The outside starts to get crumbly, making lots of craggy bits, and gets shatteringly crisp.
