Bob Lilly is an interesting one. Born and raised in Texas (Throckmorton HS). He moved out to Oregon for his senior season due to the Texas drought. Came back to Texas to play his college ball at TCU.

West Virginia is no slouch given its size - with HOF WR Randy Moss, Cowboys HOF LB Chuck Howley (Super Bowl V MVP), and Giants HOF LB Sam Huff (anchored the 1956 NFL Championship defense - whose defensive coodinator was none other than the inventor of the 4-3 defense, legendary HOF Cowboys coach Tom Landry). More trivia: the offensive coordinator of that 1956 Giants team - none other than HOF legend Vince Lombardi.

I saw part 1 and thought wow its crazy how good the list of georgia is and then at the end seeing the per capita. Brunswick High school alone had 3 active players on just the Lions a few years ago. Darius Slay, Tracy Walker, and Justin Coleman. a few towns over was Coffee County home of Tyreek Hill. Georgia (and Fl, TX, And CA) would be amazing just to see best player by county or region.

Vermont had a guy go pro from 07-08 he only ever played in a game a few times and had like one catch for 14 yards but he did catch a td from farce in a preseason game when he was on the jets and in college he broke most of jerry rices records in I-AA and held them until Kupp broke them.
