There is more insane shit in SMB1 Any% speedruns. One of the glitches requires pixel perfect and frame perfect jumps both at one. It’s a glitch wall jump and is really hard to do and luck to do while on a world record pace and if you fail, run is dead and having to do a lot of glitches before it that’s also perched button presses.

For those wondering today - Dray did eventually go and beat the 2:30 barrier, reaching a time of 2:27 with great optimization. However as of 4 months ago that is no longer 1st place. 1st place in Demo is now held by Skyfidel with a time of 2:13 - the strategy was dismounting at the beginning of 'Dawn of the Dead' and setting yourself up with one of the zombies to launch the character directly into the goal, no helicopter required. This saved 14 seconds as compared to Dray's Dawn

Honestly, I can't comprehend the determination of Dray, speedrunning a game this much even when you're beating yourself all alone. I understand the moral of the story, but even tho speedrunning is better as an accomplishment for yourself than for fame, personally, speedrunning a game, discovering strats, and beating my own time with no one to compete with feels depressing as heck. Maybe it's because he kept competing with other speedrunners in other categories, or maybe not I don't know, but as a speedrunner on a really small speedrun community, it almost feels impossible to think that someone speedrunned a category mostly by himself for literal years. Oh my goddd, I used to speed run happy wheels during Japanese class with a friend of mine in year 9. Learnt all of the speed running strats and we’d have a scoreboard to see who had the fastest times in the unblocked demo version. This brings back soooo many memories, good times!

I've actually mastered and pioneered/improved some techniques in happy wheels myself. (Like wall climbing, faster non vehicle movement, and murdering someone without a vehicle, using justin bieber as body armor, wheelchair guy hover and more.) and i really love how happy wheels is still talked about, definitely a good ass childhood game. I personally loved the WWE levels

This world is rapidly passing away and I hope that you repent and take time to change before all out disaster occurs! Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36) if you believed in Messiah you would be following His commands as best as you could. If you are not a follower of Messiah I would highly recommend becoming one. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life - Revelation 3:20. Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13 over the course of 1260+ years. Revelation 17 confirms that the beast is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!
