My God is Real and I am so glad I am a part of the FAMILY OF GOD. I am 79 years of age, and will be 80 years in August of this year and I am falling in love with Jesus over and over and over again. I rise early every morning to spend my quiet time with the lover of my soul, for I am alive today because of Grace. I can remember from childhood my father and my mother taught us these hymns when we have morning devotions and also sang them in Church. The deep joy to start my morning with hymns that are SCRIPTURAL BASED AND NO INTERRUPTION WITH ADS. God has given me faith to believe His Word and I am a surviver of multiple sicknesses but God has preserved my life for His purpose. I am 66 years old and a retired principal here in Barbados and not only heard, but sang these hymns from childhood days. During the night season, doing a bit of work around my home or going for a walk, these hymns resound in my spirit and I find myself singing them again. So far the best compilation of the old hymns. Thank you very much. Now soon to be 74 it reminds of the times my two brothers and my Dad would sing these hymns in the Methodist Church. My Dad enjoyed singing and the four of us would really give it our all in praising the Lord. How time has gone by. Now 9 grandchildren later my everyday prayer is for them, as well as their moms and dads, to know the Lord Jesus and be obedient to His Word. I’m crying happy tears as my grandfather’s voice echoes in my memory to many of these songs. He was a pastor for most of his life. He has his reward for the past 4 years in Heaven after he won his battle with cancer at 92. There was never a time when he wasn’t singing a hymn as he moved around the kitchen. His deep baretone voice echoing in the halls of the church is something I’ll never forget. Thank you.

These beautiful old hymns have depth that few contemporary songs do. I’m 67, saved 45 years tomorrow. God’s mercies are truly new every morning. How He could love a wretch like me is a mystery I will never understand, but I’m thankful every day of my life for His unfailing love.
