I think the reason why Prem clubs don't do very well in Europe is down to the competitiveness of the league. When you look at the biggest contenders in the UCL, Bayern, Real, Barca, Juve, PSG. These clubs have very little competitiveness in their own leagues. PSG only had competition last season, Bayern the same but still managed to win the bundesliga, Barca and Real only really competing with Athletico and then Juve still winning consistently. These clubs have to worry less about the league and can have a greater focus on the UCL because they have more confidence in the league as they just dominant it almost every year

I believe that the obstruction rule should be changed. Let's say Vardy is running down the wing and we have Walker for City muscle him off the ball. Without touching the ball blocks Vardy from re-gaining the ball and as a result the ball rolls out of play. Who's throw in. Should be Leicesters as Walker is in possession of the ball even though he hasn't touched it. This with all incidents where the ball is shielded in the corner too without a player having touched the ball. If they have or haven't made contact with the football the player is still in possession if it's rolling around their feet. Just my opinion appreciate if anyone reads this fully

the reason why there are always 3 or 4 teams competing in La Liga is because those teams have so much quality and they play with it day in and day out that the lower teams rarely get a chance against them. Everybody is forgetting that a league is also about the competition between various teams and in all the other big leagues outside of the Premier League there isn't really any competition. In most of those competitions there are only 1 or 2 teams challenging for the title. It's not always just about the best teams and the best players...

Werder Bremen were shocking in the first half of the season, but miraculously pushed for a Europa League place at the end of the season because they went on an incredible run. Wolfsburg however had to 2 relegation games at the end of the season to make sure they stayed up (which is terrible, considering just a couple of seasons ago finished 2nd and won the DFB Pokal, even winning the Bundesliga in 2009).

I agree with Pato and Chris on Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool and City. I think Spurs need a box to box CM to replace Dembele long term, Barkley is english and is in my opinion best suited to a deeper role then the 10 he plays at Everton. Arsenal need a long terk option for Goal, get Butland and gradually ease Cech out.
