Enjoying the easy and informative showcase. For me as someone that looks to mod and tweak the Skyrim I'd rather see fewer but better information on mods in a showcase than a splash of every one that came out in any given week. So thank you for the helpful info. Just wondering when we will see your modlist? You have some nice looking screen archery in here. Or perhaps you'll do a YT series on deferring aspects, such as NPC overhaul, Landscapes, FX, etc. Which ever it would be great to see how you blended these and kept a stable game.

My modlist is still broken in some places but it is a planned video for the future as I've had quite a few comments asking me what mods I use or if I'm making a modlist video like yourself. So I once I get everything working I will absolutely be showcasing it. Will definitely think about covering specific areas of mods in the future too if that's something you'd like to see :)

If your using 202x you might need to download a new snow texture to stop your snow form turning grey. Or if you’re not using it already you should use simplicity of snow. Love the video. ❤

Fair warning that I discovered today about the Astrid mod.. she’s not compatible with granite hill village mod . The quest where you go to meet her is literally impossible to get to with the granite hill mod lol

I think I prefer the vanilla cloak spells in all honesty. They give me more a sense of power compared to the ones featured in the video. I could see them being perfect for someone seeking a more subtle look to their spells.

i want to download astrid follower mod but at the same time i don't because of her name. out of millions or possibly billions names in this world, why do they have to choose the name of an already existing npcs in the game and a major one at that?

I don’t have a problem with duplicate names (although I think last/family/secondary names” should be added in this case), the problem is that nobody else would share a name with another npc. Which makes it stand out and seem way more out of place.

@@LBPBumout yeah exactly. if there's already one or two npc with the same name in the game it will not be so awkward but there's none. your suggestion to add a family name or last name or surname is good or maybe put their title in their name like uthgerd the unbroken for example. the biggest problem is that she share the name with a major npc like i said before. if she share a name with some random miner or farmer, it will be less awkward since we don't run into them much and it won't leave a lasting impression. sure you can recruit her after finishing dark brotherhood or kill astrid at the shack and not do the db quest at all but it will still be awkward.

@@remy4000 Appreciate it! I use Nat 3 weathers paired with Cabbage ENB. I believe I'm also using "Realistic Water 2" and for the NPCs it's a mix of SkySight Skins and Nordic Faces :)

My mod list isn't perfect, and I'm still running into a floating object or missing texture here and there. I'm planning on making a stand-alone video once I get everything working and sharing it then! Another comment asked for my ENB and weather mod so just let me know if there's anything in particular and I'll tell you what I'm using :)
