Papyrus wouldn't have many strings to snap but would each take a turn to do via a different type of attack... however if you snap all 5 before getting rid of the bombs it's an insta-loss. You get rid of the bombs before dealing with Papyrus which is where the extra time comes in.

I love the voice and music but when it comes to the storyline I personally think Papyrus is a very deadly enemy if he wanted to be. He doesn't really need to try much to be as talented as Sans was in battle. I think he would only strike a deal with Gaster as last resort, not just immediately due to an inferiority complex he had because of his brother being so skilled in fight. This music is so cool.
