Anyone get a lot less frames playing this mod as opposed to the base game? If anyone has graphics settings tips for this mod I would appreciate it since I have a decent rig and shouldn't be getting fluctuating frames from 25 to 65

I think it needs to be toned down by a good chunk, some maps in GC do not play well with the ICO.

​​@@_coolagain_you're not supposed to play like it's modern warfare...it's the Clone Wars and a sci-fi setting, you need to get up close and make mass charges. This is literally on the best things of the mod, having mass assaults over open terrain and firing on the move...feels really cinematic. Seriously, you need to try it and have your squad coordinate, pushing up like that can be very effective... especially if you are on the CIS side with some super battle droids

@ChristoffRevan I have many times, and I agree with you. It's extremely cinematic and rewarding, however, there are a few maps in GC currently that are pretty much impossible to attack on as clones at the moment.

@@_coolagain_what is ICO? Also, yeah, this map doesn’t seem too good for pushes. The Supply Center in particular seemed like an unwieldly POI to effectively hold a defensive position. Plenty of places for foes to hide and be dropped in by HMPs, can be attacked from all four directions plus from above, and the center is just really large and open so you have to traverse huge distances to reach external walls, etc. it was like watching you try to desperately hold a death pit.

@Drackor The ICO is the Infantry Combat Overhaul that Squad released with version 7.0, it slowed down the game by ALOT, and it fits well for base game squad given the fact that there's simply alot of cover on most maps in Vanilla, & lots of interiors. GC has quite a few massive maps that are large opens fields with points that are extremely difficult to attack. In its current state, moving pretty much at all penalizes your aim, so attacking is extremely difficult when playing aggressively is simply punished, the punish is less severe on droids by a decent margin, but still hard, so any map where you're as GAR and attacking is very very difficult as infantry. Looking forward to upcoming changes the mod devs are making!
