13:32 Arty should only stun upon direct hits, it eliminates the in my opinion unfair mechanic that even if the square misses you it still does its minimum stun duration. If you think about it it makes sense you wouldnt really get stuned from the shrapnel irl but only from the explosion, so if arty misies you it might still do some dmg but no stun.

As an artillery man in the finnish defenceforces: arty should be more complicated to aim than just point and click. You should have to raise the longitude separately by manually payloading the charge for distance. This could be an excuse to make the arty more accurate when aiming at a single spot. To prevent camping you know. Stun should visually stun the player by removing or obstructing key details such as what modules are damaged. The downgrade to stats should not happen at all or it should be very minimal.
