Your lucky, i couldn´t find an air conditioner anywhere, so i decided to move into the fridge. A bit tight and the flatscreen doesn´t quite fit, but at least i can finally sleep at night,...or daytime, idk i dont have windows.

I'm with you on the air conditoning stuff. When I travelled in Tanzania and finally - after two weeks - had an air conditioned hotel room, my wife said, if I don't look at my first born at least the same way I did look at the air condition, she's going to kill me. It was the best day ever. Up until my son was born - of course (she might read this;))

😂😂😂 Huku tulishazoea jua kali I struggle to understand how 27°c is hot and 11°c is normal
@zapoth5 жыл бұрын
Haiwezekani! Karibu Ujerumani! ;) I consider everything above 20° as hot. As too hot to be precise. At 11° C I'm thinking of switching from a t-shirt to a long sleeve shirt. But I loved my stay a lot. Such a beautiful country and such nice people. Asante sana :)
@theturkanabus36105 жыл бұрын
Here with anything less than 15° everyone gets out their warmest sweaters, 28° is a normal sunny day and 32° is hot Germany too looks like a beautiful country and it's great hear that you had a good time in TZ 😀
@zapoth5 жыл бұрын
(I hope Google Translator did a good job there). I know! I saw people wearing jackets at 28°! I think that's completely insane. At 28° I even don't wont to wear a t-shirt. I have to, though, for esthetical reasons - mostly. Kenia is quite nice, too, I've heard. I only have been to Tanzania. To Moshi, Arusha, Dar and Sansibar. We were visiting friends of my wife who worked there for two years. I loved it (aside from the temperatures of course). I get really, really stupid when its hot. My brain doesn't work well, when it's occupied by producing sweat and complaining about the heat. Just like Nalf. ;)
@theturkanabus36105 жыл бұрын
Don't worry about it. Since leaving TZ, my Kiswahili has also taken a beating I too have noticed wearing a sweater or jacket is somewhat of a fetish here in East Africa, a 3° drop in temperature is enough to send some running for sweaters they almost never need Kenya is quite a good place too, very much like TZ but still so different! It took a while to get used to how things get done here. Like how much Kenyans complain ;)

Nalf: „You‘ll all probably complain that I‘m killing the environment.“ Everbody: „Why don‘t your friends wear seatbelts?!?!?!“ .. Was wäre Deutschland bloß ohne Hobby-Polizisten? 😂
@e.81965 жыл бұрын
@TheTrueVirus225 жыл бұрын

Any parallels to „How I met your mother“ (or „Big Bang Theory“)? - I guess we are still in season one, since Cody and Speedy are not yet married^^ (- or are they?). We definitely need one or two more female characters willing to appear... - and even more scenes with friends and families. Wilson 1:07 was good, also NALFs mum a few episodes back was a good start. P.S.: You need a partner like Barney to play „Kennen Sie Ted?“ (- and a place to hang out in the evening of course...) Edit: just watched the old episode with your brother and sister in Schwäbisch Hall - seems I missed a few episodes...
