A lot of the items can be a bit stronger than one may normally want, in terms of balance, but a lot of the mechanics are cool. I'd totally see some of these items being used in challenges. Also, Wheel of Fortune might be a reference to the Car character.

They only work with the G6! Since you will mostly find those items with Green Isaac, the items will just improve your run, making you be able to use the G6 as an offensive active instead of just a reroll
