Very epic run, super fun to watch. Also one of the things the guy in cranberry’s stream also said was to turn on myriad options. If you can sub our ghostly monsters for 5 pts of random low point nonsense curses this run is much much easier.

Nah, you would've been dead with any other red, the self sustain wraith provided was key to winning against ghost XYZ hydra, she's vampire on steroids, giving you free turns with the cantrip dodge, and damaging+healing herself for four (on top of the two two mana sides you would expect at this level). Recycling a character that's guaranted to die, for a potential 20 heal at the cost of 1 mana is insane value, you wouldn't get otherwise. The only good purpose rogue served in this run is being a blood bag for your team, and she did it well

I don't really understand why you put halo items on reds where you're rolling down for mana. At least a random yellow will rescue people occasionally by killing a guy, but herbalist rolling for mana won't.

You are way more likely to get a save with a red which is designed to save your heroes, than you are to get a kill on the correct enemy targeting someone otherwise unsaveable. More importantly, reds have less HP than the yellows and oranges. They need it more.

Wraith is a good character, consistent mana and the 4 damage and cantrip dodge are worth alot more than is given credit for. Also if you have death defy she is one of the strongest healers in the game.

Disagree. Surgeon doctor and profit all have superior mana sides. And they are all super good healers as well. 4 damage is not what u want from a red, and she’s very inconsistent. Cantrip dodge is cool and yeah sometimes there’s death synergy, but it doesn’t make up for her generally being awful

and the downside is that if you have wraith as your only red the rest of your team has almost no healing to play off of and she doesnt bring cleanse either

I consider ambrosia to be one of the best tier 5’s, if not THE best. I know it suffers from the 1 in 6, but that just balances it. It has saved so many of my runs.

I think the Rescue Monk could've lived too (earlier in the same fight), if he'd started with burst + self-rescue. Rescue + self-shield + redirect is great because you can rescue somebody else by redirecting onto yourself, then rescue yourself due to the self-shield.

I'd love a healthy mix of unfair and hard videos. You had that going for a while before going on vacation. Unfair videos are pretty cool for how different they are, but when I see an hour long video I'm like "ahh, I gotta wait til later" and then later comes around and I'm still busy, so it takes a while to get to it.

Afaik he just doesn't prefer it, it's something he's aware of and it's intentional to leave them off.

turning on myriad option would make you take 11 points of curse instead of 10 point of curse though, while sometimes you can get goofy blessings + curse like 3rd turn grave and unsummon -1 pip to all summon side, 11 point curse make you take more awkward combination of curse

51:17 I'll tell you, the real mvp is the halo on wraith. He gained 5 Max hp by the end and he wouldn't have been able to tank some hits without it. Bow down to Wraith, You can't lose the game, just roll dodge.

Mainly commenting because the line is cool, even if it doesn’t affect the run. you missed 6 damage on each troll at 56:03 triple burst gladiator gives you the mana back with the mana steel side.

Seeing that thumbnail, and then seeing you completely miss-use those rescue self-shield sides... (You could have gotten a lot of free uses in various fights using it as burst-self rescue-self rescue-other rescue-self rescue-other rescue-self)

Yeah that likely would have prevented all the future deaths on that fight, the whole team was down 5 max hp or so and died for it.
