Yes he does due to a ukrainian gang leader from chicago who ruled the mafia in ukraine for some time. Most ukrainians in chicago integrated in the American society and see themselves as americans rather than ukrainians.

Very nicely done. My band and I produced an instrumental song yesterday in the studio in Chicago that is dedicated to the Ukrainian People. I would love it if people could check it out.
