I'd say it's between down-air and and down-B. I'm leaning towards down-B. It can be funny and sometimes really strong, but its way too inconsistent and punishable.

@@Giraffe_Acid indeed, sweet spot does like 70% with no knock back and forces you into a tech situation. Anything other than sweet spot is terrible
